skells he's from Charlottesville I think... but yeah i definitely recognized him from there too.. he was at the NorVa for Telepath/Future Rock/The New Deal too..

Pretty cool, kinds reminds me of some of Steven Cerio's work. Check him out, he has a book called "ABC Book: A Drug Primer" and it's fucking hilarious. He's done some posters for Les and some others.
